Welcome to First Pro. These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
First Pro operates primarily as a wholesale supplier. Customers are advised to contact our sales team before placing an order to confirm product availability, required quantities, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Product quantities displayed on our website are for reference only and may not always reflect our live warehouse inventory.
All orders are subject to stock availability and final approval by First Pro. An order will only be accepted after stock has been confirmed by our sales team and full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once payment has been received and the order has been approved, the products will be prepared for dispatch.
Order confirmations, quotations, invoices, payment receipts, or automated acknowledgements do not constitute final acceptance. First Pro reserves the right to amend, decline, or cancel any order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, discontinued products, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where applicable, any payment received for an unfulfilled order will be refunded.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images are accurate. Product photographs are provided for reference only. Minor differences in colour, finish, dimensions, or appearance caused by manufacturing tolerances, lighting, or display settings shall not be considered product defects.
All applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged in accordance with the regulations of the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Ownership of the goods remains with First Pro until full payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, quantities, finishes, dimensions, shipping details, and billing information before confirming an order.
Orders that have been approved, processed, or dispatched cannot normally be amended or cancelled. Any amendment requests must be submitted immediately and are subject to First Pro's approval.

Returns will not be accepted for customer ordering errors, customised products, clearance items, installed goods, or products damaged due to misuse or improper installation unless otherwise approved by First Pro.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
Products supplied by First Pro are covered only against verified manufacturing defects, subject to the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion caused by environmental conditions, incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, modifications, or improper maintenance.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, First Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profits, project delays, installation costs, or business interruption arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application and are installed by competent personnel.
First Pro shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, supplier shortages, strikes, government actions, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.
All website content, including product photographs, graphics, text, technical information, logos, designs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of First Pro or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Customer information is collected and processed solely for order fulfilment, customer support, legal compliance, account administration, and business communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
