At First Pro FZ LLC, we currently provide delivery within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery times depend on product availability, order quantity and the customer's location.
Orders are processed after stock availability is confirmed and full payment has been received.
Products available at our Dubai office are normally delivered within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
If a requested product is not available at our Dubai office, it can be arranged from our factory in China. These orders normally take approximately 4–5 weeks for delivery.
Our sales team will inform you about product availability and the expected delivery timeframe before you confirm the order and make payment.
Delivery within Dubai is free of charge.
For other Emirates, delivery availability and any applicable charges will depend on the customer's location. Our sales team will confirm this before the order is finalized.
For large orders or deliveries requiring special transportation arrangements, any applicable charges will be communicated before payment.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, our team will provide confirmation and available delivery information.
